Seems like this weekend the heat will continue. Yesterday in Rome we
exceeded the 40 degrees and this morning is the same. I went for a 5
miles jog in Villa Borghese at 8 am and it was already 30 degrees. It
was pleasant though. It's so good to see that many Italians have
embraced some healthy habits and actually enjoy. I have seen fit
people of all ages. I even saw an old school friend of mine, they used
to call us Stanlio and Ollio, because he was very skinny and me a baby
elephant. Anyway, home at last and I got to prepare dinner. Have some
friends from the States coming over and I want to impress them. Catch
you later guys, I must go to update my diary too. The kind of
information I write there are too personal to report here LOL! Talk
